Assignment, readjustment and confirmation<\/h1>\n

\r\nPlace Assignment\r\n<\/span>\r\n<\/h3>\n

For each university, there is a limited number of places, which are assigned exclusively by academic priority<\/strong>, regardless of whether you apply on the first or last day of the call.<\/p>\n

Academic priority is an index calculated by Academic Records, which considers cumulative weighted average, curricular progress, and the proportion of approved credits. All variables are standardized by program to correct any existing differences. <\/p>\n

To assign places, all students who have applied in the call are ranked by this indicator. Places are assigned starting from the highest-ranked student downwards, always respecting the order of university priorities that each student has indicated (first, we check if it's possible to assign them to their first priority; if not, to the second, and so on). <\/p>\n

The results are informed via email at least 3 weeks after the closing of applications and can be:<\/p>\n

  1. With an assigned place:<\/strong> the student will have the option to accept it and continue in the process or reject it and withdraw from the process. For this reason, it is important to select options that genuinely interest you. <\/li>\n
  2. Without an assigned place:<\/strong> the student will have the option to participate in the place readjustment or withdraw from the process.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

    \r\nPlace Readjustment\r\n<\/span>\r\n<\/h3>\n

    This is specific for those students who were not assigned a place<\/strong> in any of their indicated options, who may participate in the readjustment process. Students with an assigned place in the initial call cannot participate in the place readjustment, even if they reject the assigned place. <\/p>\n

    How does readjustment work?<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. You will be provided with a list of available university options and their quotas. These will be the places that were not assigned in the first round and those that were rejected by other students. <\/li>\n
    2. The application form will be re-enabled, allowing you to modify all your university options.<\/li>\n
    3. Once the period closes, the assignment will be carried out again, based on Academic Priority.<\/li>\n
    4. Results will be communicated via email. If you are assigned a place, you continue with the confirmation process; if not, you will automatically be withdrawn. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
