Apply to the university you want

This application guide contains all the application information that each student will need to apply to the host university and begin their international mobility, in accordance with the UC Applicant's Pathway.

This information is specifically for students to whom the VRAI has explicitly confirmed a bilateral exchange and dual degree/title quota.

However, we want each applicant to know this information in advance in order to prepare the best possible way their application and foresee all the requirements requested by the host universities. We remind you that the VRAI is the only Vice-Rectory with the authority to make a nomination for bilateral exchange, double degree and dual degree, so you should always channel your doubts with us.

It is important that you constantly review the information, as it may change due to the updates we make from semester to semester.

Recommendations
  • Review the course catalogs of the host universities, indicated in the application set.
  • You should be flexible with your study plan. It's not possible to guarantee places in any course at the host university, so we recommend looking at more courses than you expect to take.
  • If the courses for the semester you are going to take are not available, check the same semester of the previous year for reference.

Talk to your Academic Unit

If you want to validate credits upon your return from your exchange, it is essential that you discuss your plans with your academic unit and that together you review the courses you expect to take during your mobility.
The Vice-Rectorate for International Affairs does not validate courses; you must complete the procedure with your Academic Unit in accordance with the procedures established by Academic Records and the Regulations on Validation in Academic Programs.
