Executive Management

It is responsible for directly advising the Vice Rector for International Affairs in the development and execution of the internationalization strategy, in addition to matters inherent to economic management and internal and external positioning. This directorate supports the formulation of the Vice-Rectory's Development Plan and its follow-up; maintain a collaborative relationship and work with the Rector's Office; study, formulate and administer the budget and funds received by the Vice-Rectory; carry out the financial management of the Institutional Projects that support the internationalization of the university; maintain an active collaboration with the different areas of the Superior Direction regarding the execution of initiatives of international activity; collaborate with other units of the university for the international diffusion of programs, especially postgraduate programs, among other actions.
