It is responsible for developing and executing the internationalization policies of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, in the areas of links with foreign institutions, participation in international networks, training of people for a globalized world, the generation of collaborative knowledge and social commitment to contribute to the care of the common home.
Advise on the development and execution of the internationalization strategy, in addition to matters inherent to economic management and internal and external positioning.
Propose and develop strategies and guidelines to strengthen relations with international partners both bilaterally and through effective participation in international collaboration networks.
Propose, develop and execute university mobility programs, with special focus on global commitment and care for society, under accessibility and sustainability standards.
Propose, strengthen and execute initiatives that promote the development of global competencies, internationalization at home and internationalization of teaching.
